Ezekiel, one of the greatest of the prophets, had his heart set on being a priest. Even the vision of God's incredible glory did not fill him with enthusiasm for the chaotic life of a prophet. He did however discover something that forever shaped his ministry. God is the Lord. Ezekiel did not rebel like the house of Israel, and his walk with God was forever changed.
Are we willing to leave the good, and comfortable service of God to follow him into uncertainty and sure peril?
This is a message I did not want to hear, let alone preach, but it was a message that needs to be heard and preached.
